Enable the Thank You Form in the Checkout

Learn how to enable thank you form in the checkout

In order for your Thank you form to be displayed in order confirmation after payment, you have to enable it in the Checkout section.

1. Click Settings of your Shopify store.

2. Select Checkout

3. Click Customize

[Note: Upgrade your Checkout pages, Thank You pages, and Order Status pages to the new Checkout Extensibility framework. Then click Customize ]

4. Click the dropdown option at the top and choose the Thank You option.

5. In the Thank You page editor, choose the Add App Block.

6. Select Afflr Thank You Page Block

7. Save the changes

Your Thank You page will appear on the order confirmation page like this.
