# 21. How to convert affiliates from pending to approved? Once affiliates register to be part of your affiliate program using a signup form or via the portal, you can either establish settings to approve them automatically or you can manually convert them from pending to approved. To convert affiliates from pending to approved, 1. From the Dashboard, select Affiliates. 2. Click the pending tab \[you can already see a notification for the number of affiliates in the pending list] 3. Under the status column, click the drop-down menu and change the status to approved.
