Create an Affiliate Program sign-up form

Learn how to create a signup form for your affiliate program to encourage registration.

A signup form for an affiliate program will help streamline the onboarding process for new affiliates, making it easy for them to join, track performance, and start promoting products quickly.

Create a signup form for your affiliate program,

1. If you affiliate create/update page, click Create from left corner of the page.

1. You can select from the three templates available

2. Click Next

1. You can customize by signup form by adding fields, content, colors, confirmation page content, etc. You can edit the CSS of the form from the Advance form.

2. Once needed changes are made, click Save & Publish

1. You can preview your form by clicking the preview button.

2. You can access form ID as well which can be later used to embed the form into your store.

Edit/Update Signup Form

To edit or update your signup form anytime,

1. Click the edit button of the program

2. Choose Signup from the Tab

3. Make the required changes and click Save & Publish
