Admin Email Notification

Learn how to send important notifications to your admin as an email using Afflr.

As an admin, you will receive email notifications for key operations within the affiliate program. These notifications ensure that you stay updated on important activities related to affiliates.

Email Notifications Include:

• Notification upon receiving a new affiliate application.

• Notification upon the successful completion of an affiliate order.

• Notification when an affiliate commission is approved.

• Notification when an affiliate requests a payout.

• Notification when a payout is successfully processed.

Enable Email

To enable email notifications:

1. Navigate to the Afflr admin dashboard -> Settings.

2. Choose the Email option.

3. Toggle the Enable button adjacent to the notification you want to activate.

How to edit Email

To configure the email template,

1. Click on the Edit button parallel to the notification you want to edit.

1. Modify the subject line, and email body, and customize the font and style as required.

2. Click the Save button to save the changes.

Shortcodes in Email Templates

Shortcodes dynamically display affiliate-related content when used in an email template. These shortcodes ensure that relevant details are automatically inserted into the email body, improving communication efficiency.

Ensure that shortcodes are formatted correctly as mentioned under the mail body settings to display the appropriate data.

• {{affiliate_email}} -> Displays affiliate email address

• {{affiliate_name}} -> Displays affiliate's first and last name

• {{program_description}} -> Displays affiliate program description

• {{store_name}} -> Displays store's first and last name
