Convert Customers to Referral Partners

Learn how your customers can become your referral partners to help spread word-of-mouth recommendation

Afflr provides two methods to convert your customers into referral partners:

1. Automatic Customer Conversion

2. Thank You Page Sign-Up

1. Automatic Customer Conversion

With this method, customers are automatically converted into referral partners after making a purchase. They will be added to a designated referral program, and a unique referral code will be generated for them.

To enable automatic customer conversion:

1. Navigate to the Afflr Dashboard -> Settings.

2. Under the Referral Marketing section, toggle the button near Referral Program Automation to enable the feature.

2. Thank You Page Sign-Up

This method allows customers to voluntarily join the referral program after their purchase by filling out a sign-up form on the order confirmation page.

How it works:

• Once a customer completes their purchase, a Thank You Sign-Up Form will be displayed on the order confirmation page.

• This form should highlight the benefits of your referral program, such as commission rates or discounts.

• Customers can provide their details and consent to join the referral marketing campaign.
