Afflr allows you to create, customize, and update affiliate programs based on your business goals. You can modify commission structures, discounts, and approval settings at any time.

Creating an Affiliate Program

Create an Affiliate Program Using a Template

You can quickly launch an affiliate program by choosing a predefined template from the Programs section. Click 'Add program' in the Program section and choose any built-in templates. Templates help you get started without manual configuration.

Create an Affiliate Program from Scratch

If you need full control, create a program from scratch by defining the title, commission rates, and customer discounts. The program can be edited later using the Edit option. Click 'Add program' -> Choose 'Create from Scratch'.

Commission Options for Affiliates

Simple Commission

Simple commission allows affiliates to earn either a percentage of the sale or a fixed amount per order. This option works best for straightforward reward structures.

Tiered Commission

Tiered commission rewards affiliates with higher earnings as their performance improves. You can increase commission rates based on sales amount, sales count, or referral count.

Tier Structure Options

You can create multiple tiers using total referral sales, number of successful sales, or total referrals. This motivates affiliates to consistently drive more conversions.

Recurring Commission

Recurring commission allows affiliates to earn ongoing rewards for repeat purchases made by referred customers. This encourages long-term customer acquisition.

Lifetime Commission

Affiliates earn commissions on every future purchase made by a referred customer without limits. This rewards affiliates for bringing long-term customers.

Recurring Commission

Affiliates earn commissions for a defined number of repeat purchases made by referred customers. This helps balance long-term rewards with cost control.

Advanced (Rule-Based) Commission

Advanced commissions let you automate payouts using rules based on products, collections, affiliates, and campaign dates. Click 'Add rule' to configure the rules.

Setting Up Advanced Commission Rules

Admins can create rules by selecting products, commission type, eligible affiliates, and campaign duration. Once saved, commissions apply automatically to sales.

Customer Discount Settings

You can offer discounts to customers referred by affiliates. These discounts are applied during checkout using affiliate codes.

Discount Configuration Options

You can control discount type, eligible customers, usage limits, and whether it can be combined with other discounts. Expiry dates can also be enabled if needed.

Additional Program Settings

Automatic Affiliate Approval

Enable automatic approval to instantly accept new affiliate signups without manual review. This speeds up affiliate onboarding.

Anyone who registers for this program will automatically be approved and receive their unique referral link/code.

Limit Payout Options

You can restrict payout methods for a specific affiliate program. You can choose the payment method in the dropdown.

Affiliate Sign-Up Form

The Sign-Up Form section lets you customize and share your affiliate registration form with potential affiliates. You can copy the form link or Form ID and use it anywhere to invite affiliates to join.

You can also edit the signup form and the confirmation page content by clicking the 'Edit' option, where you can add more form fields and edit their properties.

Once the affiliate program is created, affiliates can begin promoting your store immediately. You can refine commissions and settings as your program grows.
