# Make Integration

Make (formerly Integromat) is a powerful visual automation platform that lets you connect Yuko with thousands of apps and services. Unlike simple linear automations, Make lets you build complex multi-step workflows with conditional logic, filters, and data transformations, all without writing code.

### Why Use Make with Yuko?

Make allows you to automate repetitive tasks triggered by affiliate events in Yuko and connect them to any tool in your stack.

**Examples of what you can automate:**

* Add a new affiliate to your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) when they are approved in Yuko
* Send a Slack or Discord notification when a new affiliate application is received
* Add affiliate data to a Google Sheet whenever a commission is earned
* Trigger a welcome email sequence in Mailchimp or Klaviyo when a new affiliate joins
* Log payout records to an accounting tool like QuickBooks or Xero automatically

### Setting Up the Make Integration

#### Step 1 — Create a New Scenario in Make

1. Log in to your Make account at [make.com](https://make.com)
2. Click **Create a new scenario**
3. In the scenario editor, click the **+** button to add a module
4. Search for and select **Webhooks**

#### Step 2 — Set Up a Custom Webhook

1. From the Webhooks module options, select **Custom webhook** as the trigger
2. Click **Add** to create a new webhook
3. Give it a name (e.g., *Yuko Webhook*)
4. Click **Save**
5. Make will generate a unique **webhook URL,** copy it

#### Step 3 — Connect the Webhook to Yuko

1. In your Yuko dashboard, go to **Settings → Integrations**
2. Find the **Make** integration
3. Paste the **webhook URL** you copied from Make into the provided field
4. Toggle **Enable** to on
5. Click **Save**

#### Step 4 — Complete the Scenario in Make

1. Return to your Make scenario
2. Click **Run once,** this puts Make into listening mode, waiting for a test event
3. Trigger a test event from Yuko (e.g., adding an affiliate)
4. Make will receive the data and confirm the webhook is working
5. Add the next module in your scenario to define what action to take (e.g., send an email, update a sheet, post to Slack)
6. Turn on your scenario using the toggle at the bottom left

### Once Connected

Once your Make integration is active, Yuko will send event data to your webhook URL whenever affiliate activity occurs. Your Make scenario will pick it up and trigger the automated actions you've configured.

You can build and manage multiple scenarios for different events, new affiliate signups, commission approvals, payout requests, and more.

> **Tip:** Use Make's built-in filters and routers to handle different event types within a single scenario, keeping your automations clean and organized.
